No complains at all, the venue met requirements, couldn't recommend more it. The hotel was stunningly beautiful with a lot of amazingly comfortable and warm rooms. The location was marvellous, the staff were amiable. Also, View Heathrow Observation Deck was 6 km away from the venue.

The hotel was charming, off the tourist trail, with a worthy museum nearby. The restaurant offered incredible tasting menus with superb wine pairings. The breakfast was decadent with truffles and foie gras. The bed was comfortable and the room was lovely and warm.
Nothing that I didn't like.

During my Xmas stay at this hotel, I loved the comfortable bed and the charm of having a shower integrated into the room. The breakfast was also a gastronomic experience that I won't forget. Plus, it had a great location close to key attractions and transportation hubs.
The lack of air conditioning in the room made it extremely hot, and the light pierced through the curtains, disrupting my sleep. I would have also appreciated more vegetarian options on the menu, as some of the dishes were not suitable for my dietary restrictions.

The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance to the city centre and features a Michelin-starred restaurant with exceptional cuisine and service. Guests can relax in the well-appointed rooms with modern bathrooms and enjoy the comfortable outdoor seating in the quiet backyard. the personnel are extremely friendly and quick wifi service is offered.
Some guests may find the menu and display of local delicacies in jars unsettling, particularly for vegetarians seeking more options.

The food was absolutely exquisite, and the presentation was top-notch. The owner took excellent care of us, ensuring that our dining experience was nothing short of fantastic. The room amenities were luxurious, with air conditioning, a well-stocked mini-bar, and a spacious sitting area. The terrace provided a lovely space to relax and take in the beautiful surroundings. Me and my friends had a blast exploring Phalsbourg. We got to visit the sick castle nearby and it was so cool, like I felt I was in a medieval movie or something. Plus, we all went on this super fun cable car ride that gave us the raddest views of the town. And even though we were a bunch of rowdy teenagers, the staff was chill and treated us like adults. Oh, and the rooms were cozy and had TVs with cable, so we could watch our favorite shows when we needed a break from all the adventure!
The only thing we wished was that there were more party options for us young peeps. Don't get me wrong, Phalsbourg is dope, but it would have been epic if there were some cool clubs or places to hang out at night.

The hotel is conveniently located close to major roads, making it easy to reach. the staff was friendly and welcoming, making us feel at home. the room was well-appointed, with comfortable bedding and a clean bathroom. We appreciated the complimentary breakfast and the variety of options, including freshly baked pastries and juices.
The restaurant did not meet our expectations as there were limited options for vegetarians and the menu was quite pricey. the service was slow and forgetful, leading to a less than ideal dining experience.
